A new website for Leach & Clegg, Milnrow joiners

Written By brett harkness

I've known Jonathan at Leach & Clegg since 2007. Our second studio was based at their place in Milnrow, and over the years I've shot photos and video for them more times than I can count. A few years ago I took over looking after their website too, and this week we've just upgraded it again.

The job

They've been making timber windows, doors and staircases since 1945. Solid hardwood, made by hand. I wanted the site to show that properly.

What I did

For this upgrade I refreshed the logo I'd designed for them years ago, keeping the green and the "Handcrafted" feel so it wasn't a shock. I used my own photos and video of the workshop, not stock. I added a door builder so people can put their door together before they ring. And I set up every page properly for Google and AI search.
