Serein, a local brand based on the Fylde coast, came to me with a new cleaning product. The brief was stills and video clips to launch it, showing it in a busy family home, with all its quirks and dirt, and how it becomes a natural part of everyday life.
It's a lovely thing to shoot. Pink boxes, frosted glass bottles and little refills with gold caps. Even the box says "Your moment of calm has arrived", so the pictures needed to feel calm, even with family life going on all around them.
The stills
Product shots from above on the marble, close-ups on the worktop, and the spray being used in the kitchen with the family about.
The video
Short clips shot on the same day as the stills, so the pictures and the film all match. All in, we delivered hundreds of images and clips for their launch and social media.
